2. Claim Approval Timeline

- Return or exchange claims must be reported within 3–4 days of receiving the order.

- Once submitted, the claim will be reviewed and approved within 3–4 working days after delivery, subject to verification.

- Our team may request images or videos of the product to process the claim.

imbrandsup reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the stated conditions.


3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage

- Items without original packaging or missing accessories

- Products with broken seals (where applicable)

- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)


4. Exchange Process

If your claim is approved:

- The product will be inspected upon return.

- After successful inspection, a replacement will be dispatched.

- If the replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund (if applicable) may be offered.


5. Return Shipping

- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as imbrandsup is not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. Important Notes

- Minor variations in product packaging or design from the manufacturer are not considered defects.

- Warranty claims (if applicable) may be handled according to the brand’s official warranty policy.
